* Amy's patch removing audit_add_rm_mutex applied and folded. * Added a fix for deadlocks in audit_list_rules()/audit_list() handling, as discussed on IRC yesterday. All that stuff is in lspp.b9 (starts off the tip of audit.b8, same as lspp.b8). Patches on devserv updated. Note: it builds, but it's untested. I'm going to hold off with moving it to audit.b* (i.e. reordering and feeding to -mm) until we know it really solves the problem.
