audit-0.9.15 released

Hi,

I've just released a new version of the audit daemon. It can be downloaded 
from http://people.redhat.com/sgrubb/audit  It will also be in rawhide 
tomorrow. The Changelog is:

- Update log rotation handling to be more robust

This update only changes log rotation error patch code in some cases. It also 
documents likely failure scenarios in the code. Please let me know if there 
are any problems.
