Error on stop

When I stop auditd I get an error even though it gives me an OK. The error is: Error receiving watch list (Unknown error 4294967274) I saw a long but closed bug on this. Before I went and appened info to a closed bug I thought I should ask here first. I am on audit-1.0.12 is this still a bug in this version, and if it is do I need to worry about it?
