Valdis, is 2.6.12-rc5-mm1 running OK?
Sorry for the delay in retesting - I've rebooted -rc5-mm1 4 or 5 times
(finding out the hard way about avoiding-mmap-fragmentation-fix-2.patch ;)
and am no longer seeing the 'sleeping function called' messages.
